For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.

Absolute perfection. Chef Frances was professional, courteous, kind, and most importantly made beautiful food. He was accommodating to everyone’s wants and needs (occasional food allergies). We had a full week of service (minus a day so we could explore), and Chef was accommodating and flexible. We recommend telling Chef your absolute “do not wants,” and then let him work his magic. Chef Francis and his assistant Framboise were fantastic and very attentive to our needs and tastes. The meals were excellent and my family had a hard time trying to decide which one was our favorite meal. Starting with breakfast, the omelets, scrambled eggs, french toasts, fruit smoothies, and yes the almond croissant (big favorite!), gave us all the energy needed for our daily activities. When we were at home and had lunch, the salads, cheese, charcuterie trays, and of course mussels (this is a must with a french chef!) were the best. Finally, dinners were all spectacular: chicken, beef, fish, lobster, salads, soups, and of course no meal is done till you have dessert, all great but our favorites were the passion fruit mouse and the mango cheese cake (I liked the chocolate mouse and the flan as well). Framboise was fantastic , the table setups, all the arrangements were first class. No doubt I will have Chef Francis again in St. Martin.
