Chef Francis brings over 20 years of experience to the table. For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.
We were fortunate to enjoy chef Francis superb cooking for six days. Every meal was prepared with the utmost attention to detail. Everything was very fresh and the presentation beautiful. Thanks to chef Francis and his team mate Framboise our vacation was perfect Thank you for kindness.
Chef Francis came to our Villa and prepared the most incredible Caribbean dinner for our family of four.. He completely catered it to our requests and we literally loved every dish & bite. I agree it’s difficult to chose a favorite. He worked endlessly and found great joy in his passion. We would definitely recommend him with five stars!!
