Chef Francis brings over 20 years of experience to the table. For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.
Chef Francis was amazing. It’s actual an understatement. He was very flexible and accommodating for my fiancé surprise birthday. I really gave Chef Francis only a 2 days notice but he still able to accommodate. The selection of food options were top tier. He’s friendly and will make your dining experience worthwhile. Our group hired Chef Francis for our entire time in St. Marteen from June 18-21. He was such a delight to work with. Everything was tasty and prepared the way we requested it. We were a group of 8 hard to please women, but Chef did us well!
