Chef Francis is AMAZING. 11/10 truly superb. We had him for 10 magical days; he was able to make a custom menu where he took our ideas and leveled them up with his inspiration and creativity. A culinary genius, super friendly, very funny, and was a great bargain compared to restaurants. Do not hesitate, book him before his schedule fills up.

Absolutely amazing! The best meal we had over our ten days on the island. From the food to the presentation it looked as good as it tasted. Chef Francis was excellent at planning, communicating and exceeding our expectations.

9 people, ages 1-73, arriving from all over the U.S. 27 different menus. Snacks. Thank goodness for Chef Francis Pertuisot! He took care of us all, with good humor, flexibility, and a true mastery of fine dining. In this beautiful Caribbean retreat, we spent some of our most memorable times at Chef Francis's table.

There are truly not enough words to describe how delicious Chef Francis's meals were. From start to finish, he was incredibly communicative and accommodating. Our group is obsessed with iced coffee in the mornings, and Chef Francis went above and beyond with house-made milk foam and vanilla honey syrup. Breakfast became a daily highlight of our trip.

Chef Francis is phenomenal. We were three families with different needs not to mention allergies. He provided three exquisite meals every day that accommodated all needs. Top notch French cuisine and well proportioned desserts, delicious with minimal guilt. Recommend with pleasure.

Me and my fiancee vacationed in Sint Maarten for one week in a private villa overlooking the ocean. I booked 3 days, breakfast, lunch, dinner for her birthday. Chef Francis made the best omelets we ever had. Every meal was flavorful and different. Highly recommend Chef Francis!

We would give Chef Francis 10 stars but there is only room for five! We had an absolutely fabulous meal on our patio overlooking the Caribbean at sunset. French bread, wahoo ceviche started off our evening. Our main course was roasted red snapper with fennel and lime seasoning, cooked to perfection. Dessert was amazing—mango cheesecake with caramelized top and an Oreo crust.

There is no better way to kick off your vacation than starting with a private dinner. Chef Francis went above and beyond our expectations. Beginning with appetizers, the main course and finishing with desserts, his presentation was beautiful, and the food was amazing. Highly recommend Chef Francis and we will be booking him again next year.

We were spoiled for a week! Chef Francis and Framboise were wonderful. His food was fantastic, delicious and creative. Starting with so many choices for breakfasts to incredible main courses and the best desserts! Framboise's table scapes were beautiful and creative. They were both so accommodating and truly delightful individuals.

I hired Chef Francis for brunch and dinner for a birthday celebration. From initial outreach to inquire about his services he was professional and easy to communicate with. Our meals were amazing, as was Gia our server for the evening. Thank you Chef Francis for going above and beyond for my picky eater.

My friends and I hired Chef Francis to come and make us brunch at our private airbnb. The spread was beautiful and we couldn't wait to dive in. Everything was fantastic. There wasn't a bad meal on that table. He and his associate were such great people and so lovely and nice. The food was to die for!

Our group was small on this trip, but we had teenagers – picky! Chef Francis prepared tenderloins for my kids that were over the top, while my husband and I experienced French Cuisine. It was so blissful to spend a day at the beach and come home to a meal that a restaurant could not exceed. Francis is a genuine person and we consider him a friend.

Francis was the best private chef we could have asked for. He was timely. His food was impeccable. His service was unparalleled. We had numerous meals and numerous dishes and his mastery was on display all week. I could not recommend him any higher to anyone. C'est Magnifique!

We had a wonderful week in a rented villa in St Maarten, and Chef Francis was the best thing about our trip. He provided the majority of our meals and absolutely spoiled us with a variety of delicious dishes and desserts each day. The presentation of each meal was lovely, but not pretentious – just delicious food in generous portions.

Francis and Framboise exceeded our expectations. The meals were delicious and they were both so accommodating with any change in our plans. They went out of their way to make breakfast for our early morning excursion. And even packed sandwiches for our flight home. Every meal was an event, with multiple courses and a beautifully decorated table.

We had Chef Francis and his partner Framboise provide meals for eight of us for a week at beachfront villa. It would be hard to overstate how his services became an integral part of our wonderful vacation. Every meal was superb. Presentation was exquisite. If you are ever renting a house in St. Martin, do yourself a favor and engage Chef Francis' services.

Chef Francis and his team catered for us for a week when we were in St Maarten and it was an amazing experience. Hi-lights were Nicoise, Avocado and Greek Salads for lunch. Coconut french bread, Mushroom frittatas for breakfast. For dinner, chef Francis shined with oysters, caviar, prime rib, lamb shanks, beef tenderloin, grilled lobsters. Top notch food!

We were fortunate to enjoy chef Francis superb cooking for six days. Every meal was prepared with the utmost attention to detail. Everything was very fresh and the presentation beautiful. Thanks to chef Francis and his team mate Framboise our vacation was perfect. Thank you for your kindness.

Chef Francis came to our Villa and prepared the most incredible Caribbean dinner for our family of four. He completely catered it to our requests and we literally loved every dish & bite. He worked endlessly and found great joy in his passion. We would definitely recommend him with five stars!

Absolute perfection. Chef Frances was professional, courteous, kind, and most importantly made beautiful food. He was accommodating to everyone's wants and needs (occasional food allergies). We recommend telling Chef your absolute 'do not wants,' and then let him work his magic. Book Chef Frances – you won't regret it!

Chef Francis and his assistant Framboise were fantastic and very attentive to our needs and tastes. The meals were excellent and my family had a hard time trying to decide which one was our favorite meal. Starting with breakfast - the omelets, scrambled eggs, french toasts, fruit smoothies, and yes the almond croissant (big favorite!). Dinners were all spectacular!

Our group of 11 had the pleasure of experiencing Francis's culinary skills for dinner and brunch. The dinner was elegant, extremely delicious and prepared with the freshest ingredients. His assistant Sandrine set a beautiful table and served each dish with style and personality. Francis and Sandrine are a complete package.

Everything about our dinner was absolutely PERFECT! The food was incredible, the presentation and table decorations were gorgeous. Communication was prompt and he even made an off the menu request for a cheesecake for the birthday girl. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Our favorite dinner during our trip to St. Maarten was having Chef Francis cook for us at our villa for our anniversary! He showed up on time, told us about the island, cooked and served the most delicious meal, and left with the kitchen looking spotless. My 3 kids loved the evening as well. Thank you Francis for a night we will always remember!

Chef Francis was the chef at a villa that we rented for a week. The food was amazing! He was really personable and cheerfully accommodated a pescatarian and a very picky eater in our group. The breakfasts were incredible and each and every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. We recommend Chef Francis without reservation!

Francis was an amazing private chef for my wife and myself for our 10th wedding anniversary dinner. He communicates pre-event very well and executed an amazing four course gourmet meal at our villa. His overall service and execution of the meal was exquisite.

I recently visited St Maarten for the first time and was interested in taking a French cooking class and SO glad I came across Chef Francis! The class was fully customized and absolutely delicious!!! I am leaving St Maarten with a wealth of knowledge and an amazing culinary experience. Merci Chef!

We had the fortunate opportunity to have Chef Francis cook for us for 11 days. He was so easy to work with and met all of our dietary requirements, including one very picky eater. The food was magnificent. Can't wait to have him cook for us again.

Chef was easy to communicate with, he honored our allergies and preferences, and made my mother's 70th birthday celebration memorable! The cake he made for her was personalized and fantastic! It was the best dinner, with a Chef who is professional, friendly, and fun!

We booked Chef Francis and Gia for a private dinner in our Villa, and it was an outstanding experience! We are a family of 8 adults. From the very first email contact with Chef Francis, he was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Then there's the food – it was AMAZING!! The salads (mango & avocado and burrata) were incredible!

Chef Francis is amazing. We hired him for a birthday brunch and were able to talk through the menu over the phone. Everything was cooked to perfection. We all rave about the eggs and the mango cheesecake which he presented with custom sugar name greeting and a sparkler.

Francis is a wonderful chef and made our special birthday dinner party perfect while at our villa in St. Martin. He worked with me weeks in advance to plan the menu exactly to suit the tastes of our large group. The food was delicious – from fresh wahoo and lobster tails, to a fabulous passionfruit birthday cake!

What an amazing experience we had with Chef Francis. I had a very restricted group - some didn't eat pork, some didn't eat red meat, and then we had one vegan. Chef Francis worked out a menu with me and the food was exquisite every time. He was also the most cost efficient chef I could find.

We had Francis at our villa for 4-5 nights for dinner and 2 days for brunch. He was wonderful to work with, prepping all menus in advance and accommodating all requests (eg flourless chocolate cake which was to die for). Everyone said his lamb was possibly the best they have ever had!

We booked Francis to prepare breakfast and dinner for our group of 12 over four days. He is a real pro and put together an incredible 3 course dinner every night, always creative and always delicious! I can HIGHLY recommend Francis for any group coming to St Martin and looking for a private chef.

I hired Chef Francis for a day to provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and wine for a group of seven people. What an amazing day! He provided many small touches such as making a fruit salad in a carved watermelon and using the left over watermelon to make margaritas for sunset. I highly recommend Chef Francis!

Chef Francis was amazing. It's actually an understatement. He was very flexible and accommodating for my fiancé's surprise birthday.
