For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.

We had him for 10 magical days; he was able to make a custom menu where he took our ideas and leveled them up with his inspiration and creativity. A culinary genius, super friendly, very funny, and was a great bargain compared to restaurants. Do not hesitate, book him before his schedule fills up.
Absolutely amazing! The best meal we had over our ten days on the island. From the food to the presentation it looked as good at it tasted. Chef Francis was excellent at planning, communicating and exceeding our expectations.

Thank goodness for Chef Francis Pertuisot! He took care of us all, with good humor, flexibility, and a true mastery of fine dining. In this beautiful Caribbean retreat, we spent some of our most memorable times at Chef Francis’s table.
Each morning Chef featured a different delicious main, from vegetable omelets to crepes, French toast to eggs Benedict, always served with thick-cut bacon or French sausage, French pastries, artistically-arranged fruits—ah! Blanca brought fresh-squeezed juices, special ginger tea, wonderful coffee, and the occasional surprise smoothie. Mornings were a taste of heaven, just a few steps from our boudoirs.
One might have been tempted to forgo lunch, but then something fresh and irresistible would appear: lobsters with lobster butter and grilled corn, Caprese salad with French burrata, a not-too-sweet mango cheesecake with chocolate crumb crust. There were charcuterie and leftover desserts for snacking.
And dinners! Braised lamb shanks. Thickly-sliced beef tenderloin. Just-caught seafood. Fresh vegetables, salads, sauces, and always variety. One special night, we celebrated a birthday. Chef presented a fresh strawberry cake with unique layers of sable Breton and mousse and a sparking torch on the top.
