We recommend confirming your menu at least 48 hours in advance to ensure ingredient availability and proper preparation. Popular dates may fill quickly, so early booking is encouraged.

Is it possible to customize the menu?
Absolutely. You can select from our standard menus (Caribbean, Mediterranean, Grill, Gourmet) or co-create a custom menu with the chef. All options can be adapted to your dietary needs and preferences.

What if the yacht has limited kitchen equipment?
No problem — menus are designed based on the onboard facilities. We can also offer a full cold gourmet menu when cooking is not possible. The chef adjusts every detail to fit your boat.

What does the chef service include?
Your chef handles everything from preparation to plating and clean-up. The flat $200/day service fee includes full culinary support on board, so you can simply relax and enjoy your day at sea.
