Chef Francis brings over 20 years of experience to the table. For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.
Francis and Framboise exceeded our expectations. The meals were delicious and they were both so accommodating with any change in our plans. They went out of their way to make breakfast for our early morning excursion. And even packed sandwiches for our flight home. Every meal was an event, with multiple courses and a beautifully decorated table. Can’t give them enough compliments. Highly recommend!
We had Chef Francis and his partner Framboise provide meals for eight of us for a week at beachfront villa. It would be hard to overstate how his services became an integral part of our wonderful vacation. Every meal was superb. Presentation was exquisite. If you are ever renting a house in St. Martin and have the option of hiring a private chef, do yourself a favor and engage chef Francis’ services.
Chef Francis and his team catered for us for a week when we were in St Maarten and it was an amazing experience. Hi-lights were Nicoise, Avocado and Greek Salads for lunch. Coconut french bread, Mushroom fritattas, and huge spread for breakfast. For dinner, chef Francis shined with oysters, caviar, prime rib, lamb shanks, beef tenderloin, grilled lobsters, the list went on and on.
Chef called ahead of time to work out preferences for breakfast lunch dinner and desserts and really went out of his way to create a personalized and special experience for our entire group. Top notch food from a French Chef was truly once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget!
