Chef Francis brings over 20 years of experience to the table. For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.
Our group was small on this trip, but we had teenagers – picky! Chef Francis prepared tenderloins for my kids one evening that were over the top, while my husband and I experienced French Cuisine. He prepared several evening meals and breakfasts. They were superb. It was so blissful to spend a day at the beach or on a boat and come home to a meal that a restaurant could not exceed while in the privacy of our villa. Not to mention, Francis is a genuine person and we consider him a friend. Words really can’t express enough. The food was exquisite – fresh seared scallops, fresh sea bass, lime tartlets, a homemade apple pie that would make my grandmother jealous, and he even increased the protein and rice for our athletic kids. It was truly an amazing experience. I would never use anyone else. Thank you Chef, for making our vacation special.
Francis was the best private chef we could have asked for. He was timely. His food was impeccable. His service was unparalleled.

We had a wonderful week in a rented villa in St Maarten, and Chef Francis was the best thing about our trip. He provided the majority of our meals and absolutely spoiled us with a variety of delicious dishes and desserts each day. He paid close attention to the preferences that we provided in advance of our arrival, and was flexible when our plans shifted or we had a last minute request. The groceries, wine and liquor were all high quality and plentiful. The presentation of each meal was lovely, but not pretentious – just delicious food in generous portions on a beautifully set table. He was the perfect match for the laid back week we spent celebrating a milestone birthday. Chef Francis also went above and beyond by helping with suggestions for fabulous outings and other little touches that made the whole trip that much more special. He was a pleasure to have as part of this vacation experience, and we feel so lucky to have found him!
