Chef Francis brings over 20 years of experience to the table. For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.
We were spoiled for a week! Chef Francis and Framboise were wonderful. His food was fantastic, delicious and creative. Starting with so many choices for breakfasts to incredible main courses and the best desserts! Framboise’s table scapes were beautiful and creative. They were both so accommodating and truly delightful individuals. Just a perfect experience. We can’t give them high enough praises!
I hired Chef Francis for brunch and dinner for a birthday celebration. From initial outreach to inquire about his services he was professional and easy to communicate with. Our meals were amazing, as was Gia our server for the evening. Thank you Chef Francis for going above and beyond for my picky eater.
My friends and I hired Chef Francis to come and make us brunch at our private airbnb. We discussed the menu before hand and we met with such anticipation and hunger as he cooked the food. The spread was beautiful. And we couldn’t wait to dive in. Everything was fantastic. There wasn’t a bad meal on that table. the table was overflowing with food. So much so, we even had enough for leftovers, for 4 people. He and his associate were such great people and so lovely and nice. The food was to die for and I honestly would love to book him again, whenever I visit St. Maarten again.
