Chef Francis brings over 20 years of experience to the table. For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.
Me and my fiancee vacationed in sint maarten for one week in a private villa overlooking the ocean. I booked 3 days, breakfast, lunch, dinner for her birthday. Chef Francis made the best omelets we ever had. Every meal was flavorful and different. He was always early to each meal and asked us if we needed any specefic accommodations for every meal. Highly recommend Chef francis!!!!
We would give Chef Francis 10 stars but there is only room for five! We had an absolutely fabulous meal on our patio overlooking the Caribbean at sunset. Chef is friendly, cordial and lovely to be with. French bread, wahoo ceviche started off our evening. It was perfectly seasoned and fresh! Our main course was roasted red snapper with fennel and lime seasoning (to mention two of several), creating a unique flavor and cooked to perfection. Fresh assorted vegetables and seasoned rice completed the main course. Dessert was amazing—mango cheesecake, caramelized top and an Oreo crust. The service was impeccable and we felt as though we were in a fine French restaurant. Our dinner party for six could not have been any sweeter. Cannot wait to do it on our next trip to Sint Maarten. There is no better way to kick off your vacation than starting with a private dinner. Chef Francis went above and beyond our expectations. Beginning with appetizers, the main course and finishing with desserts, his presentation was beautiful, and the food was amazing. We felt a little guilty watching him work so hard, but this is a testament to his love for cooking and presenting an amazing experience for his guests. Highly recommend Chef Francis and we will be booking him again next year. Truly a fantastic Chef and dinner !
