Chef Francis brings over 20 years of experience to the table. For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.
Our group of 11 had the pleasure of experiencing Francis’s culinary skills for dinner on 13 June and brunch 14 June. We did not know what to expect as everything was arranged via text message and a few phone calls. All negotiations were simple and uncomplicated. The dinner was elegant, extremely delicious and prepared with the freshest ingredients, both for dinner and brunch. His assistant Sandrine set a beautiful table and served each dish with style and personality. Francis and Sandrine are a complete package. Everyone was desperate to have these two return, but understandably, he was busy over the weekend. You won’t be disappointed hiring Francis. He is a tremendously competent chef.
Everything about our dinner was absolutely PERFECT! The food was incredible, the presentation and table decorations were gorgeous. Communication was prompt and he even made an off the menu request for a cheesecake for the birthday girl. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.
Chef Francis and his assistant were absolutely amazing! His menus are done with such care and attention to detail! The experience completely enhanced our stay and we will have him back on our next visit. Five stars all around! Thank you Chef!
