Chef Francis brings over 20 years of experience to the table. For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.
Chef was easy to communicate with, he honoreed our allergies and preferences, and made my mother’s 70th birthday celebration memorable! The cake he made for her was personalized and fantastic! The menu was specific to what I asked,. It was the best dinner, with a Chef who is professional, friendly, and fun! He also cleaned up everything after he was done. I would love to hire him daily, but we live in a different country.
We booked Chef Francis and Gia for a private dinner in our Villa, and it was an outstanding experience! We are a family of 8 adults (parents & adult children), and none of us has ever booked a private chef before. From the very first email contact with Chef Francis, he was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He happily made requested modifications to the menu and communicated frequently throughout the process. He even made a last minute date change due to some changes in our schedule. Then there’s the food – it was AMAZING!! The salads (mango & avocado and burrata) and bread were simply superb. Then the main course of shrimp risotto and fresh snapper were served family style – this was definitely the best risotto I have had in my life!! And the snapper was fresh and perfectly cooked. Then there were incredible desserts, including a raspberry cheesecake that was to die for. One of our group was celebrating a birthday, and the Chef surprised her with a special recognition. And as Chef was dutifully preparing the wonderful food, Gia was simply delightful. She served us and was so elegant but approachable. It was a real treat getting to chat with her, and she certainly enhanced he experience! This was simply a perfect evening from top to bottom, and I would recommend Chef Francis completely and without reservation!
Chef Francis is amazing. We hired him for a birthday brunch and were able to talk through the menu over the phone and the booking process was very simple. Everything was cooked to perfection. We should’ve ordered more. We all rave about the eggs and the mango cheesecake which he presented with custom sugar name greeting and a sparkler.
