Chef Francis brings over 20 years of experience to the table. For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.
Francis is a wonderful chef and made our special birthday dinner party perfect while at our villa in St. Martin. An excellent communicator, he worked with me weeks in advance to plan the menu exactly to suit the tastes of our large group – even accommodating our request to serve the meal “family style” so everyone could serve and share each course. The food was delicious – from fresh wahoo and lobster tails, to the delicious sides (a pumpkin gratin that our friends are still talking about!), along with a marinated pork, and a fabulous passionfruit birthday cake to finish it off. Everything was great from start to finish and we would highly recommend Chef Francis!
We hired Chef Francis and Gia to make us dinner for an evening for seven people. The food was absolutely amazing and had the most beautiful presentation. Chef Francis and Gia were also warm and accommodating. We had a wonderful evening!
I cannot say enough good things about Chef Francis and his wonderful staff! My family and I booked Chef for our farewell dinner on the Island April 10th. I found Chef after an extensive Google search. I was very impressed by his website and his menu offerings. From the moment I contacted Chef he was very accommodating. There were many allergies among our travel party and he was able to accommodate them all. He even ensured to reiterate the components of each dish the night of the dinner to make sure everyone was ok. It was super easy to communicate with him via Whatsapp and he and the waiter arrived promptly on the date of service. The meal was FABULOUS! Everything was so fresh, well seasoned, and well prepared. It was one of our best meals on the island. Not only did chef prepare a wonderful meal, but for dessert he provided a cake that literally was flambéed right in front of us, it was so cool! I highly recommend Chef Francis for your private fine dining needs, you will not be disappointed!
