Chef Francis brings over 20 years of experience to the table. For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.
Chef Francis was super easy to work with and gave me exactly what I was looking for. And of course, the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend his services.

We had the fortunate opportunity to have Chef Francis cook for us for 11 days. He was so easy to work with and met all of our dietary requirements, including one very picky eater. The food was magnificent. Can’t wait to have him cook for us again.
