Chef Francis brings over 20 years of experience to the table. For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.

Francis was an amazing private chef for my wife and myself for our 10th wedding anniversary dinner. He communicates pre-event very well and executed an amazing four course gourmet meal at our villa. His overall service and execution of the meal was exquisite. We will highly recommend and hope to have Francis back for a meal in the near future.
We were lucky to have Francis and his team prepare a 3 course dinner for 19! If you are considering dessert, don’t skip it!! Ask for seconds.
