For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.
We were lucky enough to have Francis prepare 3 dinners and one brunch for us while in SXM. The food was absolutely amazing and service impeccable! Communication before our trip was excellent and he met and exceeded all of our expectations! Highly recommend him for any event you want to make special!
Chef Francis is absolutely amazing! I echo all the reviews already shared below. We surprised my sister with a seafood dinner for her 50th in St Martin. Chef Francis pulled it all together with 5 days notice. The table was spectacular; the food delicious; the service perfect. Thank you!!
Chef Francis does not normally provide cooking classes, he does full meals at your residence. But my wife was only interested in learning how to make French pastry, specifically Puff Pastry and Macaroons. Chef was kind enough to indulge her with a cooking class for six, but once we arrived at our condo we realized there was not enough room for six so we all took turns at different stages of the baking process and it was a huge success. Chef was patient and very informative to the techniques of making the Puff Pastry and the Macaroons . Everybody worked the flour and the butter for the pastry and we all helped with the preparation to the Macaroon dough everyone learned how to use the pastry bag to form our Macaroons. It was terrific four hours and although Chef was not in his normal element his patience with our teenagers and his knowledge was “superbe “. Merci Chef Francis.
