Chef Francis brings over 20 years of experience to the table. For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.
I hired Chef Francis for a day to provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and wine for a group of seven people. What an amazing day, we couldn’t have been more pleased with his cuisine and service. He provided many small touches such as making a fruit salad in a carved watermelon and using the left over watermelon to make margaritas for sunset. I highly recommend Chef Francis for a day or the whole week.
Chef Francis prepared two phenomenal meals in the comfort our own villa. Both meals (3+ courses each) were beautiful, delicious and made with super fresh ingredients. Chef Francis was polite, professional and took great pride in his work, which was reflected in the meals. He is easy to work with, responsive, and works diligently to ensure you and your guests have an amazing experience. Definitely recommend hiring him, especially during these COVID times. Our group of six left extremely satisfied.
Francis is the best chef ever!
We have never eaten that well before. He masters cooked fish, ceviche, sashimi’s as well as amazing meat.
