Our favorite dinner during our trip to St. Maarten was having Chef Francis cook for us at our villa for our anniversary! He was very easy to work with ahead of time. Made great suggestions for the menu and wine. He showed up on time, told us about the island and area we were staying in, cooked and served the most delicious meal, and left with the kitchen looking spotless. My 3 kids loved the evening as well. Thank you Francis for a night we will always remember!

Chef Francis was the chef at villa that we rented for a week. The food was amazing! He was really personable and cheerfully accommodated a pescatarian and a very picky eater in our group.
