Chef Francis was amazing. It’s actual an understatement. He was very flexible and accommodating for my fiancé surprise birthday. I really gave Chef Francis only a 2 days notice but he still able to accommodate. The selection of food options were top tier. He’s friendly and will make your dining experience worthwhile.
