Chef Francis brings over 20 years of experience to the table. For an extended private chef service including breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, you can choose from a variety of menus, such as Grill, Caribbean, Gourmet or Surf & Turf. Customized menus are also possible as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
The private chef service is available in the privacy of your villa on St. Maarten, St. Martin or St. Barths, or during your day out at sea on your private boat.
Catering service is also available for wedding, birthday, bachelorette party and other celebrations. All events will be happily organized for you at your request.
There are truly not enough words to describe how delicious Chef Francis’s meals were. From start to finish, he was incredibly communicative and accommodating, thoughtfully planning each of our breakfasts. I can confidently say he exceeded every expectation—and then some!
Our group is obsessed with iced coffee in the mornings, and Chef Francis went above and beyond. Not only did he steep cold brew personally in preparation, but he also brought a house-made milk foam and a vanilla honey syrup that elevated the experience to another level.
Breakfast became a daily highlight of our trip. Even if the previous night ran late, every one of the 10 of us made sure to be up and ready, excited for the meal ahead. We enjoyed three fabulous mornings together, and each one was unique, beautifully presented, and absolutely amazing.
A special shoutout to his wonderful assistant and waitress, Framboise, who made the experience even more exceptional. She took custom espresso orders, made smoothies for the group, ensured everything ran smoothly, and decorated the breakfast table each day with exquisite detail and creativity.
I cannot recommend Chef Francis and Framboise more highly. If you’re in SXM, reach out to them immediately—and honestly, book them for every meal at your villa. You will not be disappointed!
